Where it ships from and when.

Every order is packed in our Los Angeles warehouse within one business day and sent with tracking. Standard ground is 5–7 days inside the US. The order-by date for standard delivery before Halloween is shown live on each set page; after it, an express option is offered at checkout.

Returns & exchanges

The policy.

30-day money-back guarantee. If your look isn't what the page promised, email hello@clairestudio.us with your order number within 30 days of delivery. We'll send a return label; once it's back, we refund the full amount to your original payment method. Size exchanges: same email, we'll send the new size.
